Consultation requests

When you request a consultation, we collect your name, work email, organization and anything you choose to include in the optional message. Technical information needed to deliver and protect the request may also be processed, including submission time, IP address, request metadata and security signals.

We use this information to respond, assess whether we may be able to help, arrange and prepare for a consultation, prevent misuse, meet legal obligations, and establish or defend legal claims.

Do not submit confidential, privileged, health, financial, identity-document or other sensitive personal information. Submitting the form does not create a client, fiduciary or advisory relationship.

Service providers and international processing

We use service providers to operate and protect the form, deliver accepted requests and store them in a restricted business record. They process information for these purposes under their applicable contracts and legal obligations and may use authorized affiliates and subprocessors.

Information may be processed in Canada, the United States and other countries where those providers operate. It may therefore be subject to the laws and lawful access powers of those jurisdictions.

Sales, advertising and marketing

We do not sell consultation information, share it for cross-context behavioural advertising, use it for advertising, or use it to train general-purpose AI models. We do not add a requester to a marketing list without separate permission.

Cookies and analytics

We use necessary technologies to operate, secure and remember privacy choices on this site. With permission, we use Google Analytics to understand how people find and use the site and to improve its content and performance. Google Analytics stays off unless analytics is accepted.

We do not send consultation-form contents to Google Analytics. The configured baseline excludes User-ID, Google Signals, advertising personalization, remarketing and Google Ads linking. You can accept or reject analytics without affecting a consultation request and change the choice at any time through Privacy choices in the footer.

See our Cookie notice and how Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services.

Retention

We normally keep a consultation request for no longer than 12 months after the last substantive contact. We remove spam and test submissions within 30 days. If the request becomes an engagement, we move only necessary information to the applicable record and remove the duplicate intake record within 90 days.

We may retain information longer for a legal obligation, unresolved privacy request, dispute, fraud or security investigation, or documented legal hold. Limited residual copies may remain temporarily in backups, security logs or legally required archives.

Security and access

Access is restricted to people and service accounts that need the information to respond, administer the system or perform an approved automation. No transmission or storage method is completely secure.

Your choices and requests

Depending on where you live and the law that applies, you may be able to request access, correction or deletion, or withdraw consent to future use where consent is the basis for processing. We may ask for limited information to verify identity and protect the record.

Send requests to privacy@falconerpoint.com. We aim to respond within 30 days, or within a different period required by applicable law.

Changes

We may update this notice when our purposes, technologies or legal obligations change. The effective date identifies the current version. We will provide additional notice or obtain consent where required.
